Service Description
The TAC Coach Apprenticeship is a 12 month mentorship-based development program designed for young or developing coaches who want direct access to professional-level guidance, feedback, and education. Participants will have opportunities to discuss practice planning, player development, communication, movement training, skill acquisition, and long-term athlete development principles in a practical and individualized environment. This program is intended to help coaches build stronger mental models for coaching, improve organizational and teaching skills, and gain a deeper understanding of modern athlete development. Coach Apprenticeship participants may receive: • Ongoing mentorship and communication access • Practice and programming discussions • Player development feedback • Training design conversations • Video or movement review sessions • Professional development guidance • Exposure to evidence-based coaching principles 100% of proceeds from this program directly support the mission and programming of Tampa Athlete Collective.

Cancellation Policy
TAC Service Booking & Cancellation Policy Tampa Athlete Collective values the time and commitment of all participants, coaches, and volunteers. To ensure scheduling availability and program quality, the following policy applies to all services and appointments. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a service without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 cancellation fee. No-Shows Participants who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee. Emergencies Tampa Athlete Collective understands that emergencies occur. Requests to waive cancellation or no-show fees due to unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Mission Support All fees collected, including cancellation and no-show fees, directly support the mission and community programming of Tampa Athlete Collective.
